Compensation is significantly below current market rates. Legacy, non-integrated systems that require manual workarounds — staff are often instructed to take screenshots from one system and send them to another team for processing. Excessive weekly security reminder emails paired with mandatory training that feels overly simplistic and not targeted to the actual workforce. “Staff benefits” offer little real value, consisting mainly of generic discount codes easily found online.
