Pros

I moved from sales associate to sales lead in a pretty short amount of time. This is a pretty good job if you are young and like sports and are next expecting to move to management. I worked there all through college and although it's not a wise career move but it is a nice job until you find a career.

Cons

One thing I really hated about this job was how understaffed it was. There were times when I would be covering 5 different sections because they would try to double cover and when someone called out and another person went on break all hell breaks loose because every section has a lot of things an employee has to get because the customer cannot get them (i.e baseball bats locked up, expensive fishing reels in the case, shoes in storeroom, and that have to be put in cars) and you would be by yourself for hours with pissed off customers that all want these items at the same time. That could be typical in many retail chains but it gets overwhelming at a place like this.
