      They do offer decent benefits if you are a salaried manager

      Cons

      Managers consistantly work 50-60 hours a week, there is no such thing as work life balance, schedules are unbearable (leave work at 10pm just to be back at 7am on a consistantly basis), are not appreciated, very much about who you know and who likes you, high school clickish,
