Good place to get good experience - Sales Lead DICK'S Sporting Goods Employee Review

Dicks sporting goods was a pretty good place to work for. As far as growth as an associate, management will trust the associates with responsibilities and give them an opportunity to advance in the company. As far as the benefits go you really can not get too much better than what they have to offer. They offer a great stock purchase plan that has done quite well and helps the overall salary. Also the chemistry within the stores is pretty high and it creates a good atmosphere to work in. Overall i enjoyed my tenure at Dicks and would recommend it.
