Pros
Some great people I’ve met at this company. You can learn a lot.
Cons
Majority bad things, where to start the management does a lot of talking but never stay true their word. Once you’re there for a bit you notice the amount of people who are in management positions because they know someone in the Darvish family. Next is the amount of greed, so many things they try to sell that have no value or how the pay plans are set up to rob employees basically but they go around saying it’s the best on the beltway. If it was the best on the beltway turnover would not so high. Next no type of actual training. When I got into Finance they gave me 1 day to shadow at another store and that’s it I had to research laws Lemme the system and product knowledge myself. They also could never properly explain the payplan as it was set up to look simple but was complicated. The pay plan was set across the board and for you to get 100% you would have to sell between 300 cars But not every location does 300 cars so you would basically loose money even though it was an impossible goal. They also don’t care at all, there was an employee who was given a guarante and they didn’t hold up to it. Or the amount of times I heard they let go of someone who had been with the company for years because they did not want ti pay them what they deserved.
