Horrible - Technician DARCARS Automotive Group Employee Review

I worked at darcars for three years. I gave a 2 weeks notice after speaking with my manager first and explaining the reason for my departure, which was mostly continuing of education opportunities. But the company terminated my employment immediately as soon a I turned in my notice. Darcars Toyota has done that to a number of other employees, including leaving one employees toolbox out by a dumpster for simply deciding to put in a 2 week notice. They even continued to tell their employees there were other reasons ( which was not true) for my termination after they heard that my coworkers were not happy about the situation. The pay is also not good.
