N/A I cannot really logistically think of any pros based on my experience with this company other than it is a job.
Cons
Very unfropessional environment - Unfair decisions based on if they like/dislike you, despite the countless hours and work you put in. If you know the right people at the top and they like you, then you have an opportunity to move up in the ladder, however if you do not have this relationship with those at the top, BEWARE - you will be underpaid with no raise for years to come. Newcomers and favorites will be compensated significantly more than you with less time and less work- Note: This will make your position difficult when you are working so hard and putting in so much to the company yet not being compensated the same as others who are sitting around most the day and putting in much less. Most the time this goes unnoticed by those at the very top/ownership as they just trust dealership management decisions. Hiring from within (no matter how much you might want it) rarely happens. Most management is a joke. Departments do not work together to handle issues. Treat your employees like gold and in return they will provide great efforts into your company...that statement is not applied with DARCARS. They do not care about you as an employee - you are just a robot to them. If your position happens to be one that directly increases profit, only then are you taken seriously. Last but not least, discrimination and sexual harrassment is an everyday occurance here, regardless of the meeting that is taken as a joke by employees.
