Lenient with uniform as long as you look professional in some way and gave polo shirts to wear. Get a minimum wage if you dont sell, something like $10-15/hr
Cons
Not going to make money unless you there 24/7, you know your inventory and dont waste too much time on customers not buying(dreks). Old heads will not help you. You basically setting up your own business. Learn behind-the-scenes were your money comes from and how they hold gross if you want to be successful.
