      Pros

      I have a job to go to every day. Employees can be nice but some tend to have grudges against the company the longer they stay.

      Cons

      Management likes to micro manage every aspect of our daily routine. In 5 years I have received 1 review and no increase in pay wile having more responsibility put on my plate. After asking about advancement in the company I get nothing but the run a round.

      Money available if they pay you

      Cons

      Managers stealing your sales to give to their friends. Give away customers that ask for you or call on the phone. Lied to one customer saying I din't work thete anymore and coming out of the lunch room he was PISSED and cursed them up and down so management cursed me out. Go thru sales at the end of the month to give them to others so they make bonus but you can't with lower sales. I could go on for hours from threats of physical violence against you but get mad when you stand your ground. And on and on and on
