      Pros

      Great environment with great people. If you love interacting with others it’s an awesome experience. Company also had pretty good benefits.

      Cons

      You are pretty much guaranteed to work long hours especially if you hope to actually take home a check. Working strictly commission. Each chance to score a sale is not only based on your skill as a salesman but the hope that the customer is approved or able to even make the purchase. But that’s also the game of sales. If you don’t like taking risks stay away.

      Money available if they pay you

      Cons

      Managers stealing your sales to give to their friends. Give away customers that ask for you or call on the phone. Lied to one customer saying I din't work thete anymore and coming out of the lunch room he was PISSED and cursed them up and down so management cursed me out. Go thru sales at the end of the month to give them to others so they make bonus but you can't with lower sales. I could go on for hours from threats of physical violence against you but get mad when you stand your ground. And on and on and on
