      Pros

      the pay was good, I liked working with the customers, and a few employees were cool.

      Cons

      There is favoritism, non affordable health insurance, very stressful, no acknowledgment for the employees, very stingy with raises, sneaky cut throat upper management, horrible turn over rate,and long hours. I would not recommend this job to anyone.

      Money available if they pay you

      Cons

      Managers stealing your sales to give to their friends. Give away customers that ask for you or call on the phone. Lied to one customer saying I din't work thete anymore and coming out of the lunch room he was PISSED and cursed them up and down so management cursed me out. Go thru sales at the end of the month to give them to others so they make bonus but you can't with lower sales. I could go on for hours from threats of physical violence against you but get mad when you stand your ground. And on and on and on
