DARCARS Call Center - Call Center Representative DARCARS Automotive Group Employee Review

There is a lot of drama in the work place and it's not handled too well. Over the 3 years I've been here it has gotten better. But there's a lot of false promises with DARCARS. When I first took the job it was pushed that I'd be promoted to a service adviser within that first year if not a little more. Here I am 3 years later droning away in the same position. Also raises, I've been here that amount of time and haven't received a single pay upgrade aside from the mandatory state ones and they hardly give them out from what I've understood or they don't have it in their budget to pay more to the harder working employees.
