Pros
If you have the advantage of knowing someone at the top who has taken a liking to you, you have an opportunity to get paid more for not applying much work. You will see employees acquiring good $ working here solely resulting from some good old fashion butt kissing.
Cons
Unless you are a big time department or GM here, you will not be given any appreciation as an employee. You will be lied to and stringed along for whatever they can squeeze out of you to benefit their profits. Not to mention they cheated when receiving their Dealership of the Year award by forcing employees at an individual manager computer to complete all 10 high ratings. Some of their best workers have been let go in the past couple of years. Dealership has turned around from a respected service department with a respected caring manager to a corporate based manager system in place where profits is the only concern. Fairly new service management has no customer service skills and reveals a "fake" personality to both customers and employees with an aggressive conceded attitude.
