      Pros

      Most Co-workers are friendly, Discount on repair work, many places to transfer to if wanted, Some understanding people working in management positions. Thats about it.

      Cons

      High stress, Long hours, Pay, transfers without warning, heath insurance, help we needed, understaffed, way too much work without enough time to do it. You are expected to to give 1000% and you try to but you dont make what you should. On average your salary vs hours means you make about $8.00 an hour

      Money available if they pay you

      Cons

      Managers stealing your sales to give to their friends. Give away customers that ask for you or call on the phone. Lied to one customer saying I din't work thete anymore and coming out of the lunch room he was PISSED and cursed them up and down so management cursed me out. Go thru sales at the end of the month to give them to others so they make bonus but you can't with lower sales. I could go on for hours from threats of physical violence against you but get mad when you stand your ground. And on and on and on
