      -Bad management -Corporate pin cushion -Horrible hours -Tons of on call -Metrics matter more than safety -Terrible Clients. -You will be the blame of everyone. -You will absorb other roles -You will always be behind if the client is bad.

      My experience has included little training, high stress environment, and limited, domestic growth opportunities since COVID. Benefits aren't anything to brag about.
