      Plenty of internal opportunities for growth. Strong market portfolio with accounts in many different states if you want to relocate to another major city.

      Cons

      Medical benefits are pretty mediocre and the 401k match could be better.

      My experience has provided plentiful growth opportunities pre-COVID, ample flexibility, and fair compensation.

      Cons

      My experience has included little training, high stress environment, and limited, domestic growth opportunities since COVID. Benefits aren't anything to brag about.
