      Great communication from upper management, and they are a very large company with resources and opportunity

      It is slightly more difficult to view procedures through the online hub but management provides answers to any procedural questions

      My experience has provided plentiful growth opportunities pre-COVID, ample flexibility, and fair compensation.

      Cons

      My experience has included little training, high stress environment, and limited, domestic growth opportunities since COVID. Benefits aren't anything to brag about.
