      Cons

      Horrible team, all the other assistants really gossipy and complained all the time. They don't accept any kind of initiative, everything has to be as it has always been... no room for improvement. Archaic system, lots of hierarchy. Lawyers think they're gods.

      Pros

      Extremely interesting clients and matters. Intellectual challenges everyday. Very good networking opportunities.

      Cons

      24/7 dedication and a compensation that is not really compensating the lack of work-life balance. Office politics are everywhere and have a direct impact on promotions. Each department works differently, so depending on the managers and the colleagues you have you may find yourself at home or you may hate it.
