      Pros

      You get a day off for your birthday and a birthday cake provided by the company. You also get all the bank holidays and Christmas off every year I would highly recommended Crystal legal to my family and friends. The atmosphere is amazing and the people are all friendly

      Cons

      the only downside for some one new coming to the company might be parking as we have a waiting list.

      Hi - good feedback and thanks for sharing. Parking has and always will be a challenge. We all need to think about things like car sharing where possible and practical.       Pros

      ESOP, promote within, positive financial projections, stable company.

      Cons

      Hours can be long, some disconnect between upper management and staff, communication between departments can be delayed or non-existent. Some tribalism between departments.
