      Free tea and coffee Free parking

      Cons

      Place is falling apart. People leaving every week, most to go across the road now as other places pay far better. Management team is weak and there seems to be a panic over high turnover. Also, don’t go believing the positive reviews. Existing staff are constantly asked to put them up due to staff leaving all the time. The place is going in one direction and thats under. Finally the day off for your birthday comes out of your own holidays by force...

      I'm sorry to read about your frustrations. You don't state when you left. There is a lot of change underway at Crystal to improve our employer offering and help make it a great place to work at. This has included a recent review of salary in some roles and the introduction of flexible working, plus other benefits like increased incentives and Free Food Fridays!       Pros

      ESOP, promote within, positive financial projections, stable company.

      Cons

      Hours can be long, some disconnect between upper management and staff, communication between departments can be delayed or non-existent. Some tribalism between departments.
