Good if face fits no chance of promotion - STAT Team Member Crystal Group Employee Review

The management spend most of there time outside smoking, and when you do have an issue to raise it gets swept under the carpet. There are only chances of promotion if you are in a senior position or already part of the management team, feels very like they look after the management but not the people that actually do the day to day role. No sick pay for even the people that have good attendance record.
