      Pros

      Ability to work from home is super nice

      Cons

      Company shifted requirements for Promotion after year end to avoid giving promotions, told everyone that didn't get promoted that they would make it up to them with comp, then gave 4-6% raises to those affected. Not a great look.

      Pros

      I have yet to meet a person that wasn't super sharp, wonderful, helpful and kind. Best large company I have EVER worked for.

      Cons

      I wish I could transition to full time, not really a 'con'.

      Pros

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
