      I was at the LA office for many years, I noted the local office trend more positive, and the company overall was quite progressive in many respects. The company invested in many technological tools and embraced emerging technologies to support the audit practice.

      Public accounting is inherently rough.

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
