      Pay is nice (84.5 for under 2 year salary) hybrid / remote unlimited pto

      Cons

      no food budget - busy season meals don’t exist no paid parking “fun” outings usually just take away from the work day and you have to make up the hours later. sucks!

      Pros

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
