      Allow us to be flexible with our time outside of busy season. New mobility strategy looks really nice moving forward.

      It is difficult to pick your own path early on as you more get placed in whatever area needs help even if you are not interested in that area.

      Pros

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
