      Resource managers are useless. They talk a lot about Diversity and Inclusion, yet they only hire from specific universities and backgrounds, which erases any progress regarding increasing employees' diversity. Big4 pays more Medicore benefits

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
