      Good pay in rhe company

      Cons

      Very bad work culture No respect for india emplyee. They ask indian employees to work till 12am in the midnigh without any appreciation Impolite senior authorities from the US. No bonus Career growth is zero. Zero work life balance

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
