Pros

-Decent pay -Mostly nice coworkers -Remote work

Cons

-Certain projects/project managers have no respect for work life balance -A culture where people don’t feel comfortable speaking up -Many managers and an overall management culture that do/does not care -On the previous point, people are looked at as no more than “resources” -Project organization is a crapshoot and leads to delays in productivity -More recent technology is used infrequently. -Some of the people in the more tech-oriented roles are not welcoming and tend to be gatekeeping with their role/function rather than wanting to mentor or show other individuals the ropes. -Lastly, Crowe prides itself on being a great place to work, but it is a toxic work environment in very important aspects such as developing talent and providing support. It may be a great place to work for senior managers and partners.

Pros

I have yet to meet a person that wasn't super sharp, wonderful, helpful and kind. Best large company I have EVER worked for.

Cons

I wish I could transition to full time, not really a 'con'.

Pros

As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

Cons

Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
