      Great benefits and flexible schedule. Opportunity to work remotely and good compensation.

      Cons

      Management didn't provide on time feedback about my performance. I was told I had made multiple errors on projects that were 6+months old and this feedback was only communicated to me on my employee records.

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
