      Benefits, Time off, some of the people, offices all over the country.

      Cons

      The company has completely lost hold of its "vaunted" culture and is suffering from a lack of focus, an institutionalized passive-aggressive code of conduct, and a serious identity crisis.

      Pros

      I have yet to meet a person that wasn't super sharp, wonderful, helpful and kind. Best large company I have EVER worked for.

      Cons

      I wish I could transition to full time, not really a 'con'.

      Pros

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
