The Firm's motto is not necessarily how everyone is treated. We Care, We Share.... etc.. One somewhat slow month with Covid-19 and approximately 300-350 positions eliminated. Several managers and senior managers let go who had several years with the firm. Seemed the We Care part meant they care about Partner payouts and did what they could to preserve them instead of riding it out with long term employees.
