      Flexibility of where you can work. Relaxed and friendly environment from the start. Relaxed work attire is comfortable and convenient. Management that wants you to grow and understand how and why things happen.

      I have yet to meet a person that wasn't super sharp, wonderful, helpful and kind. Best large company I have EVER worked for.

      Cons

      I wish I could transition to full time, not really a 'con'.
