      Great learning experience Great health benefits Learned a lot while there

      Cons

      401k Sucks for younger adults Company has gone through some re -orgs over the past 2 years that has caused a lot of heartburn. People were let go for no reason. No work-life balance.

      Pros

      I have yet to meet a person that wasn't super sharp, wonderful, helpful and kind. Best large company I have EVER worked for.

      Cons

      I wish I could transition to full time, not really a 'con'.

      Pros

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
