      Great intelligent people to work with and learn from every day; great resourcing for tax training; great opportunities to be exposed to innovative products and ideas

      Cons

      The hours are terrible during the busy tax seasons; there is no work-life balance for about 5-6 months out of the year; you are expected to be available even when you are on vacation.

      Pros

      I have yet to meet a person that wasn't super sharp, wonderful, helpful and kind. Best large company I have EVER worked for.

      Cons

      I wish I could transition to full time, not really a 'con'.

      Pros

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
