      1. Not a lot of flexibility when it comes to study leave. Trainees cannot build up overtime. 2. Some senior staff can bring down the mood of the place.

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
