      Really focus your career, upper 1/3 of industry salary. Good growth potential in Western states.

      Cons

      What can I say, it's public accounting. Not for everyone, especially those who want 9-5 job. Expect to pour in hours but that is across all upper level firms.

      Pros

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
