Unimpressed - Front Desk Receptionist Courtyard Employee Review

I was employed there for a very short time and I was extremely disappointed in the lack of training and professionalism there. My first week they did training however, the trainers were not helpful and I was left alone multiple times when it was busy. When speaking to the managers on duty, they were less than helpful as well and told me to figure it out. They also made it a requirement to drive a small bus as transport to and from the airport without any prior knowledge, training or licensing. When I questioned management about it they said it was already taken care.
