Management at the Jackson location is a joke. None of the supervisors have any experience in the equipment for running any of the processes there. The plant manager and supervisors won't listen to anyone they don't like especially if it's a constructive criticism since you are below them. Finally, because you bring things up they don't like they retaliate against you in the form of losing levels in your skills matrix or giving poor reviews during raise time. The people they give promotions too in this location are all friends and all connected in one way or another.
