      Pros

      Good experience for entry level employees, the company values safety, some opportunities for advancement. It is easy to take time off. Overall the other employees and management were nice, reasonable people.

      Cons

      Contractors are not paid well (starts at $14 an hour) but if you get hired as a full employee you instantly jump to $19 an hour plus 4 weeks paid vacation. Contractors hours get cut to less than full time pretty often (maybe lose a couple days per month.)
