If they dont like you, they will get you out, i'm a female and they gave me a hard time, would not train me. went to the proper channels all the way to Plant manager and they would not help me. People screaming in your face calling you stupid just so you quit. I eventually quit i could not take the pressure anymore. THEY DISCRIMINATE AGAINST WOMEN. They need new management at corteva. i could say more but what is the use, no one listens.
