      Fantastic hard working people with the desire to create something great.

      Cons

      Company has failed to share with its employees how they will be compensated. This was all supposed to happen after merger. This keeps getting pushed back.

      Good work group, lots of mobility within the company, and plus you get 5 weeks of vacation to start and then 6 weeks after 10 years.

      Can be high stress and long hours
