      The pay is good for the area

      Cons

      They haven't given raises in 2 years. They are slashing benefits. Supply chain is a huge issue. Really low morale. No room to move up and adv.

      Good work group, lots of mobility within the company, and plus you get 5 weeks of vacation to start and then 6 weeks after 10 years.

      Can be high stress and long hours
