Pros
I work in the Johnston, IA location. The people I work with are some of the greatest people anyone could hope to work with. I have a tremendous amount of flexibility and a great work life balance. The opportunities are endless for anyone that is willing to work hard and take advantage of them.
Cons
This company is almost brand new and is still trying to find it's identity. Unfortunately that means a lack of clarity and direction. Something you have spent months pouring your heart and soul into could be thrown away the next day due to heading in a new direction that no one knows about. There is a reorganization about every other month, so there seems to constantly be uncertainty about the future.
