IT sweat shop. 60+ hour work weeks, poor management, even worse compliance with industry standards. Blame culture with a need to make examples of anyone they could. People management style in a quote from executive: "steel sharpens steel. Be hard on your people"

Pros

The work is definitely challenging and can push you to grow your resume.

Cons

Constant change in direction. They do not promote from within only bringing in outside talent with constant org changes and lack of communication and direction. Not a lot of loyalty to existing employees and management does not care to listen to suggestions.
