Pros

None really - was a bit of a joke working in this team

Cons

- FSS uses emotional blackmail to gain influence (which does not work) - His team is smarter than him - not sure if he went to university but if he didn't it shows. - FSS exec has clients from Western Australia which he was advised to give to dealers in Western Australia by another exec member. To make up for the $200K or so loss in his book the FSS exec member was told to take all the best clients from his dealers to make up for his book which would leave the FSS with smaller less sophisticated accounts. The FSS exec had a meeting with his dealers advising that he was told to take all their good clients because he would never do that it us. So he threw his manager under the bus to try and gain influence with his dealers - the whole situation was rather silly. It was very "this is what i do for you dealers". Then he advised after the meeting to not tell his manager. Are we in high school? I feel the exec members were given books given the big turnover and lack of experience - a lot of the exec team are just sales people that are loyal to the director so I understand that this is a desperate attempt to stables and stop clients from walking out the door . But good luck every improving your knowledge with a low quality book. - FSS exec member was trying to "scold" the dealers in a meeting on teams working from home and finished with "my wife heard whats going on" - are we in primary school? Till this day I have no idea what his wife had to do with the situation and it was unprofessional that he brings his wife in conversations to assist in his blackmail. Just a yes man not intelligent at all, but don't expect educated and experienced people to pull all nighters (which he does) to get on top of work.

Pros

I enjoyed my time there. The leadership clearly cares about the employees. It was a really good environment where everyone was treated with respect. Hitting your goals wasn't easy, but it was attainable without being stressful.

Cons

My supervisor insisted on 30 minute lunch breaks for their team. If you weren't able to pack a lunch getting food in such a high traffic area can be tight.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for your contributions at Corpay. We are pleased your experience was positive and that you found the environment respectful and supportive. It is encouraging to know you felt leadership cared about employees and that goals were challenging yet attainable without unnecessary stress. Experiences like these can significantly shape how employees view their time with an organization. We also understand your concern about the 30-minute lunch break. Break structure can significantly affect how supported employees feel, especially in locations where leaving for food is challenging due to traffic or limited time. These practical factors can influence the daily work experience more than they may seem. Your feedback highlights both the strengths of our environment and an area where greater flexibility could enhance the experience. Thank you for sharing your perspective and for noting both what worked well and where improvements could be made.
