Pros

Overall, is a great company to work at: - Great and strong culture, with several diversity programs; - Flexible environment (work from home or office); - Really nice co-workers; - Good onboarding process for new employees; - Large company with many opportunities and projects to work and develop on; - Benefits: good health/dental plan, fair 401k (could be better thinking in a competitive market), fair PTO for the first year "2 weeks" (could gradually give more days, but it takes 5+ years to have 3 weeks).

Cons

Overall, great company. It could just improve the benefits (401k and PTO structure), and maybe create a Performance Bonus/ Stock Options program.
