Pros

The flexibility in schedule and work/life balance has been the biggest pro of working at Fleetcor. There has never been another job in my life where I feel like I have the flexibility that I do here, and it really does help me to balance the things in my personal life that I find important.

Cons

The biggest con I have seen so far is the lack of any monetary incentive to do better. Fleetcor constantly talks about how well we have been performing throughout COVID, while in the same breath states there is no room for monetary increases (raises etc.) due to COVID. The statement is very contradictory, and really seems to lack transparency. I wish this would be addressed, as it is weighing on many employees.
