Abundance of work along with opportunities to sharpen and learn cross-functional skillsets.
Cons
Fleetcor's work/life balance is 80% work and 20% life/family. Culture is not driven by positive re-enforcment, but is instead fear-driven. Atta Boy's are few and far in-between, while new-hires who have not yet assimilated to the existing culture and are pushing for cultural growth/evolution voices are not heard.
