      Uncapped commission Great hours Good Benefits

      Cons

      Unprofessional management (Valencia is the Worst) Unreal goals set Here you really are in a double role. You are selling a crappy product (gas card over credit card like many companies already use) and forcing the customer to use it for 10 weeks to get your commissions. However they must pay the full balance every month with no minimum to pay like the better option (Credit Card). Really stupid mission with no good rewards.

      Pros

      The work is definitely challenging and can push you to grow your resume.

      Cons

      Constant change in direction. They do not promote from within only bringing in outside talent with constant org changes and lack of communication and direction. Not a lot of loyalty to existing employees and management does not care to listen to suggestions.
