Pros
Having spent most of my professional career at a Fortune 500 company, I've seen a broad spectrum of good and not-so-good people come and go. I consider myself a good judge of both character and talent, and I'd put everyone I interact with at Fleetcor up there with the best I've seen. The company truly cares about it's employees, and demonstrates that by giving them autonomy, flexibility, and a fair comp package. In return for this I would note that expectations are high, and we have a culture where performance matters more than seniority. But I'd choose that every day over a company that views seniority as more important than performance. Ultimately, I have the opportunity to have a meaningful impact on Company every day, and that is what I like the best about my job.
